At the beginning of 2015, Rubis SPA completed the acquisition of Swiss aristocratic skin care brand ILLYSSIA for 50% stake. On March 28th, Rubis SPA invited 20 media and hundreds of female members, in Shanghai Pudong Ritz-Carlton and held a “beauty secrets and research” conference. Rubis SPA retains all Swiss R & D teams with product lines and sets up R & D cooperation department with China. Not only to ensure that every bottle of ILLYSSIA products in Switzerland is 100% produced in Switzerland, but the R & D department will also be based on Chinese women’s skin characteristics and collaborating with Swiss ILLYSSIA to develop a more professional skin care products and treatment for Chinese women.
In 2015 Rubis SPA held a grand conference for the acquisition of 50% stake of Swiss noble skin care brand ILLYSSIA in the Shanghai Ritz-Carlton hotel.
