On August 18th, Rubis SPA, together with the Fudan University Children’s Hospital and the Children’s SLE Club (Butter Friends Club), opened the 2018 children’s charity trip “Take Love as your wings and fly forward bravely”, spending the day with SLE children and had great fun.
SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus) is a relatively common autoimmune disease in childhood, which is more critical than adult SLE and is incurable for life. On this day, we started with a SLE science lecture from the doctors of the Rheumatology Department of the Pediatric Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, in order to fully understand the treatment and control of SLE. Kids are offered small gifts such as Kindle, which hopefully help them soak themselves in the vast sea of books, Let’s look forward to the bright future!
On the same day, loving-care members took the hand of little friends and went to the world of Cirque du Soleil. We watched one of the highly anticipated films in 2018″Avatar Prequel”, witnessing the first soaring of Avatar Toruk. Rubis Spa specially invited the main actors of “Avatar Prequel” in the VIP room to take photos with the children. The close touch with the stars brings surprise and excitement to the kids.
Since 2003, Rubis SPA has been dedicated to helping orphans and children, and we are doing our best and always stick to it. A day’s companionship may be short-lived, but it condenses the care and love of the Rubis SPA and the loving-care members. In the future, charity continues, love inherits, and Rubis Spa contributes to the public welfare and keeps moving forward.
