R SPA recognizes the importance of delivering a superb customer satisfaction and experience. On March 23, 2019, R SPA hired a professional public relations company to carry a Member Satisfaction Survey. Many members were invited to share the experiences they have with R SPA, and make suggestions for better customer satisfaction.
Feedbacks were collected from new and existing members with regards to service and details, product experience, and massage techniques, and would be incorporated to the future training and development. R SPA is putting every effort into service and details to fulfill an exceptional customer experience.
