On March 23, 2019, R SPA hired a professional public relations company to carry a Member Satisfaction Survey. Many members were invited to share the experiences they have with R SPA, and make suggestions for better customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Feedbacks were collected from new and existing members with regards to service and details, product experience, and massage techniques, and would be incorporated to the future training and development.
